Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the legal relationship between the owner of the online store andrus.ee (hereinafter the Online Store) and the customer making purchases from the Online Store (hereinafter the Customer).
In addition to these Terms and Conditions, purchases made from the Online Store are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Estonia.
The Online Store reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and prices. Any changes will be published on the website andrus.ee.
2. Prices
All prices displayed in the Online Store are in euros (€).
YesTeam OÜ is not VAT registered and prices do not include VAT.
Delivery costs may be added to the price depending on the selected delivery method. Delivery costs are displayed during checkout.
3. Shopping Cart and Placing an Order
The shopping cart is created once the Customer adds a product to the cart.
To place an order, the Customer must:
- add the desired products to the shopping cart;
- enter the required contact and delivery information;
- choose a delivery method;
- choose a payment method;
- confirm the order.
Purchases can be made without creating a user account.
After placing the order, an order confirmation will be sent to the Customer’s e-mail address.
The sales contract enters into force once the payment has been received in the bank account of YesTeam OÜ.
4. Payment Methods
Orders can be paid using the following payment methods:
- Estonian bank links
- Finnish bank links
- Latvian bank links
- Lithuanian bank links
- Visa and Mastercard
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
Payments are processed by Montonio Finance UAB.
Payments take place outside the Online Store in a secure environment:
- bank link payments in the secure environment of the respective bank;
- card payments in the secure environment of Montonio Finance UAB.
The Online Store does not have access to the Customer’s banking or credit card details.
The Online Store is the controller of personal data and transfers the personal data necessary for processing payments to the authorized processor Montonio Finance UAB.
Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after 3 business days.
5. Product Preparation and Delivery
The preparation or production time of products is indicated on the product page.
Preparation time starts once payment has been received.
The Customer will be notified by e-mail once the order is ready.
The Online Store uses parcel locker and courier service providers operating in Estonia, including:
- Omniva
- Smartpost Itella
- DPD
- Venipak
- other delivery providers displayed during checkout.
The Customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information. The Online Store is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information provided by the Customer.
If a product cannot be delivered, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible and the paid amount will be refunded no later than within 14 days.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from receiving the goods.
The right of withdrawal applies only to products that have not been used beyond what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product in the same way as would be allowed in a physical store.
To return a product, the Customer must submit a withdrawal request by e-mail to info@andrus.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
The withdrawal request should include:
- Customer’s name;
- order number;
- order date;
- reason for return (optional).
Returned goods must be sent back within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal request.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless the returned product was incorrect or defective.
The Online Store will refund all payments received from the Customer no later than within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal request. The Online Store may delay the refund until the returned goods have been received or proof of return shipment has been provided.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to products:
- made according to the Customer’s personal needs;
- produced according to the Customer’s specifications;
- clearly personalized or custom-made products.
7. Complaints and Claims
The Online Store is liable for non-conformity or defects in products in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
In case of defects, the Customer must contact the Online Store no later than within two months:

The complaint should include a description of the defect and, if possible, photographs.
The Online Store will respond to complaints in writing within 15 days.
If the defective product cannot be repaired or replaced, the Customer will be refunded all fees related to the purchase.
8. Processing of Personal Data
The Online Store processes personal data only for fulfilling orders, delivering products, and complying with legal obligations.
Processed personal data may include:
- name;
- phone number;
- e-mail address;
- delivery address;
- payment details.
The Online Store transfers necessary personal data to:
- payment service provider Montonio Finance UAB;
- shipping and courier service providers for delivery purposes.
Newsletters and marketing offers are sent only if the Customer has given consent.
The Customer may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the e-mail or by contacting info@andrus.ee.
9. Dispute Resolution
Complaints must be sent to info@andrus.ee.
If disputes cannot be resolved by agreement, the Customer has the right to contact:
10. Liability and Force Majeure
The Online Store and the Customer are liable to each other for damages caused by violation of these Terms and Conditions in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
The Online Store is not liable for damages or delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond its control and which could not have been foreseen (force majeure).
11. Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
All personal data and information obtained during visits to the Online Store and purchases are treated as confidential.
